AI is used exclusively for promotional purposes at Dark Holme. These applications include:

These tools help us stay efficient and consistent in our outreach—so our time and energy can stay focused on what truly matters: storytelling, editing, and supporting creators.

❌ What We Do Not Use or Accept AI For
AI is never used in the creation, editing, design, or publication of any books, stories, or visual materials produced or published by Dark Holme.
Specifically, we do not:

• Use AI to write or co-write any stories, books, or creative content

• Use AI to design book covers, interior artwork, or illustrations

• Use AI to edit, proofread, or develop client manuscripts

• Replace human input, experience, or decision-making with AI in any creative process
   

In addition, we have a strict policy on submissions:
 We do not accept any AI-generated content for consideration.
This includes:

• AI-written fiction, poetry, or nonfiction

• AI-generated artwork or book covers
   

All submissions to Dark Holme must be the original, human-created work of the author or artist. Work created with the assistance of generative AI tools will be disqualified.

🔐 Client Work, Data & Privacy
We do not feed client manuscripts, notes, or private communications into any AI system.
All editorial and publishing services are conducted manually by experienced human editors. Your creative work is handled with discretion, confidentiality, and professional integrity.
