While diving into various lore pertaining to vampires- Slovakia has caught my attention. Yet that was until I came across this Instagram post regarding the Adze! African vampires shape shift into a variety of insects: Fireflies, Beetles, and Mosquitoes. Unfortunately for me, I would make for an easy target since Fireflies and beetles are two of my favorite insects ( and the main ones I'm willing to pick up). Though let me not ramble on- click the link 🖇️

If you're unfamiliar with their account, I highly recommend following Adeche Atelier - they not only share great figures in African mythology - but they also paint some of them too!

So, what are some of the Vampire myths you've come across?
