For May, we’re inviting contributions around the theme:
✨ Fear of the Unknown ✨
We’re looking for:
🖋️ Short horror essays (300–800 words): reflections on the unknown, explorations of fear, personal horror experiences.
📜 Lore pieces: strange myths, forbidden legends, eerie worldbuilding about hidden forces.
🕯️ Horror history deep dives: real-world mysteries, lost civilizations, unexplained phenomena.
🎨 Artwork or visuals: depictions of the unknowable, the unseen, the barely understood.
🧠 Creative non-traditional pieces: weird horror theories, dark lists, twisted prompts, fake research reports from the unknown.
🗓️ Deadline for May Contributions: May 25th(Selected pieces will appear in the May edition of Dark Descent: Whispers from Beyond!)
